Microframe offers a 30-Day, Money-Back Guarantee on all products.* If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply call Microframe to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return it within the 30 days for a full refund.** Even after your 30 days are ended, Microframe continues to provide exemplary customer service.
We stand by our products with confidence and are committed to excellent care for our customers. Technical support is always free, regardless of how old the product is.

**Full refund is contingent upon the receipt of the product in new condition, in its original packaging, and excludes the shipping charges.
Limited Warranty Information
Microframe extends a 1-year limited warranty on all products** which covers failure, parts, and service. During the warranty period, if a product fails or malfunctions, we will repair or replace the unit at no charge if it is due to product failure and not damage or abuse. After the 1-year limited warranty is expired, all repairs will be subject to a minimal repair fee. Customer service and FREE Tech Support are available to all customers Monday-Friday from 8:00 AM-5:00 PM, CST time by calling our toll-free number, 1-800-635-3811.
30 days after the original purchase date, Microframe customers are responsible for any return shipping charges.
Limited Warranty Exclusion
Limited Warranty does not cover the repair/replacement of power adapters, antennas, pager belt clips, pager battery doors, pager buttons, user-replaceable batteries (alkaline or rechargeable), pager storage cases, liquid or heat damage, or lightning strikes. Limited Warranty also does not cover lost, stolen, or damaged products.
Most items are in stock and can be shipped out the same day if you place your order before 2 PM CST. Vibrating paging systems typically require 1-2 days for programming. All orders ship UPS Ground. Expedited shipping is available for an additional cost. If an item is out of stock you will recieve a call or email notifiying you of the situation. Notice to International Customers
- International customers are responsible for shipping charges to and from Microframe in the case of service or warranty issues after the sale.
- Payment can be made with a Visa, Master Card, or bank wire transfer in US funds only. If you select bank wire transfer, please allow 5-10 business days for completion of bank wire transfer before an order will be processed. If a bank wire transfer is selected, there is an additional $25 US charge. No international checks or Purchase Orders are accepted, and payment in advance is required before the order can ship.
